Our Home Away from Home

2006 - 2007

We are currently parked in Hudson, FL which is 40 miles north of Tampa near the Gulf coast. We are planning on being here throughout the rest of 2006 and all of 2007 with the exception of travels to Tennessee and Virginia to see the kids. The name of the resort is called Three Lakes and it is separated into two sections. One is for RV's while the other is for Model homes. It's a great little resort and is filled with many great people. Its always fun to meet new people, hear where they came from, what they did for a living, etc. I thought that I would share some picture of where we currently call home for all to see.

Enjoy

This is one of 3 lakes located within the resort ( hence the name Three Lakes ). Notice the No Swimming Sign. Its there because all three lakes will have an alligator visit from time to time. :) This is the club house which has a billiards table, kitchen, dining area, library, etc.

This is the rear of our lot looking forward. We are extremely lucky the resort allows us to park our trailer behind our coach. We use it as our garage for the bikes plus a storage area. The front of our lot. The lots are all paved and many people landscape their lots. Each site is nice and wide and deep.
Bella, all dressed up for Christmas. It is quite pretty at night when we turn all the lights on. This is my buddy Bruce's coach and lot. Notice the mailbox which matches his coach. Bruce has a small pond and many lights around his lot. His site also looks out over the water. He has done a great job landscaping.
A look down our street Another shot down another street.
Heading to the back of the resort. Notice the nice landscaping done by our neighbor on their lot. This is a corner lot off the main road coming in. Very clean and nicely landscaped.
Directly across the street from the previous picture. This is a corner looking out towards the main gate and front lake. I took this aerial photo standing on top of the coach. This gives you a better idea of the layout of the resort.
Another aerial shot. And another aerial shot in another direction looking towards the Model Home section
